All reviews need to be received by 11:59pm Wednesday, January 3rd 2025 (AEDT) for property transactions throughout 2024. -
How do I win a Property Sales award in 2025?To be eligible for a suburb award, you must have sold at least five properties as the lead agent in a specific location and have five unique seller reviews for those properties. RateMyAgent determines the winner from the following metrics:
- Review/Sales ratio: the percentage of properties sold with a vendor review attached in the past 12 months. Find out more about review/sales ratio here.
- Total number of properties sold in 2024.
- Average sales value of properties sold in 2024.

How do I win a Property Management award in 2025?To be eligible for a Property Management award, you must have leased at least five properties in a specific location and have five unique landlord reviews for those properties. Note: You can only request one review per property each year.
RateMyAgent determines the winner from the following metrics:
- Review/Leased ratio: the percentage of properties leased with a landlord review attached in the past 12 months. This includes all transactions across suburbs, cities and states.
- Total leased properties in 2024.
- Total landlord reviews on properties leased in 2024.

How do I win a Mortgage Broker award in 2025?Simple: just get as many positive and verified reviews from your clients as possible. These reviews need to be unique per property.
