If you’ve claimed your free RateMyAgent profile and started collecting reviews, you’re on your way to claiming an award.
See below for more information on the different categories.

All reviews need to be received by 11:59pm January 3rd 2027 (AEDT) for property transactions throughout the previous year.

To be eligible for a suburb award, you must have sold at least five properties as the lead agent in a specific location and have five unique seller reviews for those properties. RateMyAgent determines the winner from the following metrics:

1. Review/Sales ratio: the percentage of properties sold with a vendor review attached in the past 12 months. Find out more about review/sales ratio here.
2. Total number of properties sold in 2026.
3. Average sales value of properties sold in 2026.

To be eligible for a Property Management award, you must have leased at least five properties in a specific location and have five unique landlord reviews for those properties. Note: You can only request one review per property each year.
RateMyAgent determines the winner from the following metrics:

1. Review/Leased ratio: the percentage of properties leased with a landlord review attached in the past 12 months. This includes all transactions across suburbs, cities and states.
2. Total leased properties in 2026.
3. Total landlord reviews on properties leased in 2026.

Simple: just get as many positive and verified reviews from your clients as possible. These reviews need to be unique per property.

We will also be displaying some City, Suburb and Mortgage Broker State winners during the intermission on two massive screens!

Certificates are no longer at the Awards night for winners to collect. Instead there will be prop certificates available for professional photography opportunities. Winners are encouraged to download any winner certificates from their RateMyAgent account to print or distribute in any way they choose.
